Open Dialogue x Barbican
Visual identity, book design, and event experience for Open Dialogue, a game night with panel talks of professionals from the creative industry presented by Explorers Club in collaboration with Barbican. I designed the visual system inspired by packaging dieline and stickers, along with a quote book "Play is the Highest Form of Research", which was launched at the event in Barbican with custom hand-sprayed covers.
Sound International
Brand Identity for Sound International under Idris Elba while freelancing for Explorers Club Studio. The goal of the project was to create a house label that travels the world and signs an artist from every country. Therefore I developed an identity inspired by world map coordination system with an ever-changing logo of different languages.
Women in Chinese Characters
“Women in Chinese Characters” examines the perpetuation of misogyny and gender bias in Chinese society through an exploration of the negative and stereotypical connotations associated with female radical characters in the Chinese language. The exhibition is an experience for the audience to visualize these problems and read about Chinese women’s real experiences. Through a combination of a publication, motion graphic video, and an immersive visual space, the project aims to raise awareness of this issue and encourage critical reflection on the role of language in shaping cultural attitudes towards women.
PREFIX →GLYPH

Rissai Valley
Ritz-Carlton Reserve – a rare place set aside for those who appreciate an exotic sanctuary tucked away in the most exquisite corners of the world. All Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties are located at handpicked sites that are rare for their geographic opulence — breathtaking natural vista with strong cultural connectivity. The identity of the new property in Jiuzhaigo, China was developed by Superunion including naming and logotype design. The logotype is inspired by traditional Tibetan calligraphy and Tibetan buddhism, at the same time staying true to the elegance of Ritz-Carlton’s global visual language.
LOOKINTO
Lookinto is an independent periodical featuring subcultures. The notion of the publication is to "reveal the unseen". Lookinto has a subversive spirit and an inclusive mind which encourage people to explore the diversity of the world.
The Tune
The Tune is a natural scented candle and diffuser brand based in China. The brand aims to provide a mindful ritual for people in modern society to pause their hectic journey, and contemplate on the present moment. Music is composed of the spaces between the notes; similarly, life is defined by the negative spaces where our mind is at peace without being occupied by thoughts. The brand identity emphasizes the concept of “negative space” and “mindfulness” by embracing natural materials and a neutral color palette inspired by light and shadow.
Dynamic Mark: PKX
Beijing Daxing International Airport (IATA:PKX) was designed by world-renowned Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. Completed in 2019, the architecture has since been nicknamed “the starfish” due to its futuristic and unique look. The five terminals extending from the center area allows the shortest walking distance for passengers whenever they are transiting.
This project explores the possibilities of mark design with the IATA code of the airport, which presents a modern, stylish, and experimental look for one of the busiest airports in the world.
